Happy Memorial Day Weekend (for my American friends out there)! Here are 5 things I found that made me happy this past week.
1.📝 Feeling bummed lately? Try a “heck yeah” list.
This is something I’ve been experimenting with lately. Each night, write down 3 things that made you say “heck yeah!” during the day (finding a penny heads-side-up, dog excited to see you, completed a task you were dreading, etc). Keep a journal or put them on little pieces of paper and throw them in a jar.
It’s a great way to practice gratitude and focus on the good instead of the bad.
